Roast Duck Legs


TO PREPARE

1. If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator.
2. Remove Roast Duck Legs from bag.

TO HEAT

Oven
Place Roast Duck Legs skin side up in an oven dish in a hot oven, approx. 10-15 mins.

Grill
Place Roast Duck Legs in an oven dish skin side up under a hot grill, until sizzling and hot.

BBQ
Place on a hot BBQ plate skin side down until sizzling and hot.

Microwave*
Place in a microwavable dish and microwave until hot, approx 1 min.
*Microwaving does not produce a crispy skin.

RECIPE IDEAS

Roast Duck Legs on a creamy mash

  • Boil some even size potatoes in salted water until tender.
  • Drain well and mash.
  • Add a knob of butter with grated cheddar cheese and some chopped spring onions.
  • Arrange warm crispy Roast Duck Legs on top of mash.
  • Serve with steamed green vegetables.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Add Roast Duck Legs to your favourite curry sauce or chop and serve Chinese style with stir fry greens and rice.
