Oven
Place Roast Duck Shanks in an oven dish in a hot oven until hot, approx 10-15 mins.
Grill
Place Roast Duck Shanks in an oven dish under a hot grill, turning from time to time, until sizzling and hot.
BBQ
Place on a hot BBQ plate turning from time to time until sizzling and hot.
Microwave
Place in a microwavable dish and microwave until hot, approx 1 min.
Duck Shanks with rice noodles.
- Heat the Roast Duck Shanks as suggested.
- Boil some rice noodles for 2-3 mins and drain well.
- Mix some chopped coriander, mint and sweet chilli sauce together and stir through noodles.
- Serve the shanks on top of the noodles.
Alternatively mix the Roast Duck Shanks with BBQ or spare rib sauce before heating. Top with some roughly chopped roast peanuts before serving.
Serve on top of a pumpkin and sweet potato mash.
Serve as hot finger food with your favourite dipping sauce.
