Oven
Place skin side up in a hot oven, approx. 15 mins
Grill
Place skin side up under a hot grill until sizzling, crispy and hot.
Wok
Cut into pieces and toss in a very hot wok with a little vegetable oil.
Microwave
Place skin side up for approx. 5 mins until hot.
Serve roast duck portions with roast vegetables and your favourite sauce or gravy, or with Asian greens and rice, or slice and add to Chinese pancakes with Hoi Sin sauce.
