TO PREPARE
1. If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator.
2. Remove Roasted Duck Breast from bag.
3. Slice and reassemble the breast skin side up.
TO HEAT
(if preferred)
Oven
Slice and place skin side up in an oven dish in a hot oven, approx. 5-8 mins.
Grill
Slice and place skin side up in an oven dish under a hot grill until sizzling and hot.
Wok
Toss slices in a very hot wok with a little vegetable oil until hot.
Microwave
Place in a microwavable dish until hot, approx. 40-60 seconds.
RECIPE IDEAS
Roasted Peking Breast of Duck and Caramelised Pear Salad
- Pan fry pear wedges in butter, a little brown sugar and ginger.
- Heat the Roasted Peking Breast of Duck.
- Toss some lettuce with a dressing of olive oil and orange juice.
- Arrange the pears and duck slices on top and serve.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Toss the sliced duck through cooked noodles, pasta, risotto or stir-fried Asian greens, or wrap in a Chinese pancake with Hoi Sin sauce.
