Smoked Duck Breast


TO PREPARE

1. If frozen, defrost in the refrigerator.
2. Remove Smoked Duck Breast from bag.
3. Slice and serve.

TO HEAT

(if preferred)

Oven
Slice and place skin side up in an oven dish in a hot oven, approx. 5 mins.

Grill
Slice and place skin side up in an oven dish under a hot grill until warm.

Microwave
Place in a microwavable dish for approx. 1 minute until warm.

RECIPE IDEAS

Smoked Duck Breast Salad

  • Place some baby cos lettuce leaves in a salad bowl.
  • Scatter the sliced duck, crispy bread croutons and shavings of parmasan cheese on top of the lettuce.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle your favourite salad dressing over the salad, toss and serve.

Note: A creamy Ceasar style or traditional vinaigrette dressing would be ideal.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Include with an antipasto platter, on top of grilled asparagus, or toss in a pasta or stir fry dish.
