Oven
Place Honey Roast Duck Legs skin side up in an oven dish in a hot oven, approx. 15-20 mins.
Grill
Place Honey Roast Duck Legs in an oven dish skin side down under a hot grill for about 5 mins, turn over until the skin is crisp and the meat is piping hot.
BBQ
Wrap in foil with all the juices from the bag and heat through on the BBQ plate for about 10-15 mins, carefully remove from foil and quickly brown on each side.
Microwave*
Place in a microwavable dish and heat in microwave for approx. 2-3 mins.
*Microwaving does not produce a crispy skin.
Roast some potatoes and pumpkin in duck fat while the Honey Roast Duck Legs are warming and serve with gravy.
Or cut the meat from the bone and add to pasta or risotto.
